Mumbai: Taapsee Pannu who will be soon seen in her upcoming film Thappad garnered rave responses it's special screening in Delhi. Member of Union Cabinet Smriti Irani has also expressed her desire to watch the movie. Taapsee said that the team is honoured that Irani is willing to watch the movie and hopes that she accepts their invitation.
"We told her and her office as well that it will be an honour to show it to her. I hope she accepts our invitation and watches the film."
Talking about the positive responses the film received on it's screening in Delhi, she said, "It's time for the release of our film. I don't want to celebrate and enjoy the reactions because it is too good to be true. The kind of reaction that we got from the Delhi screening is something beyond what I expected. I am holding on to my horses and I don't want to start jumping, I want to wait till 28th, let's hope everything is on track."
"Many screenings will be held in different cities. The screening in Bhopal will be held today, followed Jaipur, Delhi, everywhere. Till the release, everybody will come to know the film," she added.
