Mumbai: Mumbai Police on Tuesday have questioned actor Sanjana Sanghi, who featured opposite the late actor in Dil Bechara, to get a better perspective on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.
The 23-year-old actor arrived at Bandra Police station to record her statements, a video of which is doing rounds on the internet.
Earlier, police have recorded the statements of over 23 people in connection with the case including his rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, his father and sisters, his close friends, domestic help and other staff.
Besides, the officials have also questioned YRF casting director Shanoo Sharma and director Mukesh Chhabra who has helmed Sushant's upcoming film Dil Bechara, among others.
Even as the investigation continues, Bollywood actor Shekhar Suman has created a forum called #justiceforSushantforum demanding a CBI probe into his death case. On Twitter, the hashtag #CBIEnquiryForSushant has been viral for over a week now.

Days after Sushant's tragic demise, Sanjana took to Instagram and penned an emotional note.
"Whoever said time helps heal all wounds, was lying. Some feel like they’re being ripped open, again and again, and bleeding - Of moments that now will forever remain memories, Of laughs together that were but will never again be, Of questions that will remain unanswered, Of disbelief, that only keeps growing," she wrote.
Meanwhile, their film Dil Bechara is all set to be premiered on July 24 on an OTT platform. As a tribute to the departed soul, the film will be made available to all subscribers and non-subscribers for free viewing.
