Sunaina Roshan dismisses bipolar disorder, admits of feud within family

Sunaina Roshan slams a leading publication over a story which stated that she is being hospitalized for suffering from bipolar disorder. The daughter of Rakesh Roshan also says that she stays separate from the family and admits that all is not well within the family.

Mumbai: Sunaina Roshan, the daughter of actor-filmmaker Rakesh Roshan slams the reports which claimed that she is undergoing treatment for bipolar disorder. Hrithik Roshan's elder sister also hinted at trouble brewing in the Roshan family.

Sunaina called out a leading publication house for carrying a story which stated she had been facing problems due to her psychological condition, bipolar disorder. The report further stated that Sunaina was kept under observation for over 24 hours after her psychological condition deteriorated.

The report took Sunaina by surprise who in pink of her health was partying with her friends on Sunday night at the Golf Club in Chembur.

To refute the rumours, Sunaina took to social media and shared a picture in which she seems hale and hearty. "Do I look critically ill .....", she wrote alongside the picture.

While speaking to a tabloid, Sunaina also addressed the rife rumours about trouble brewing in the family.

Without delving into details, Sunaina admitted that there are certain issues and for the well-being of family she would not like them to be discussed in public.

Sunaina further stated that she stayed in a rented hotel apartment for the past 17-18 days before coming back to stay in the same building as her parents.

"While I am staying in their home, I have a separate entrance and a separate floor on which I live," Sunaina told the tabloid.

For the unversed, Sunaina is a cancer survivor who has braved depression in the past.
