Sonu Sood gets emotional over 22-year-old Mumbai local train pass

A die-hard admirer of Sonu Sood has recently dug out an old monthly pass which happens to be of the Dabangg actor. The railway pass made the actor nostalgic about his journey in Mumbai.

Mumbai: Actor Sonu Sood, who has been winning millions of hearts with his voluntary work, turned nostalgic as one his fans dug out his 22-year-old railway monthly pass.

Sonu who was making his career in the film industry used to travel in train across Mumbai. As the picture of Sonu's old railway pass surfaced the internet, it caught the attention of thousands of netizens including his admirers. And within no time the picture went viral on the internet.

Tweeting the photo to the Arundhati actor, a fan wrote: "Those who have struggled will understand the plight of others. Sonu used to travel using Rs 420 pass in local trains."

Responding to his tweet, an emotional Sonu wrote: "Life is a full circle."

Meanwhile, the Happy New year star is relentlessly helping migrants, stranded in different parts of the country, to reach their respective homes amid the coronavirus lockdown.

On Friday, the actor came to the rescue of 169 girls as he helped them reach their home in Odisha.

Recently, the actor launched a toll-free helpline to help migrants in reaching home.

Netizens have been flooding his social media handle with loving messages and best wishes for the unparalleled work he is doing.

His voluntary work has received several laurels from the Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Union Minister Smriti Irani, Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh and Rajya Sabha MP Amar Patnaik among others.
