Hyderabad: Rang De Basanti fame actor Siddharth, who is a well-known name in the South, is being called 'South ka Swara' by netizens. When he took to Twitter to share the same and tagged Swara Bhasker, he got a warm response from the Tanu Weds Manu actor.
Besides an actor, Swara Bhasker is known as an opinionated individual who raises her voice on socio-political issues. Siddharth, her counterpart from down South has also earned a name for himself as a celebrity who expresses his views on social media without filters. For the same reason, netizens have given him the tag of 'South ka Swara' and he is apparently happy with the new identity.

On Friday, Siddharth took to Twitter and wrote, "Hindi speaking janata calling me south Ka @ReallySwara. Just to clarify...I would happily be Swara from anywhere or anytime. She's awesome and a cutie." When Swara tumbled upon Siddharth's tweet, she reciprocated admiration and wrote, "You are India ka Siddharth and we are soooooo thankful for you! Also, hey Hottie."
Meanwhile, yesterday Swara was amused by Twitter trends as she was trending on the microblogging site for over 24 hours but did not know why. The bewildered actor also shared various screenshots of the Twitter trends on Instagram Stories and wrote "#trendingbutwhy".
On the work front, Swara is currently shooting for the upcoming film Jahaan Chaar Yaar, also featuring Meher Vij and Pooja Chopra. The first schedule of the Kamal Pandey directorial took place in Lucknow. The actor was last seen in web series Aapkey Kamrey Mein Koi Rehta Hai which is currently streaming on MX Player.
