Mumbai: Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana who is on a roll with back to back hits has embarked on a new journey. He has started shooting for his upcoming film Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan.
Taking to his Twitter, film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news while revealing the release date of the film.
"#ShubhMangalZyadaSaavdhan begins... Release date finalized: 13 March 2020... Stars Ayushmann Khurrana... Directed by Hitesh Kewalya... Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Aanand L Rai," he tweeted alongside a picture of the film's clapperboard besides a colourful idol of Ganesha.
Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is a sequel to 2017 release Shubh Mangal Saavdhan starring Ayushmann alongside Bhumi Pedneker. The film talked about the topic of erectile dysfunction.

The upcoming sequel will deal with the subject of homosexuality and the taboo surrounding it. The film will also feature Neena Gupta and Gajrao Rao who will be reuniting with Ayushmann after the 2018 blockbuster release Badhaai Ho.
Earlier, the makers dropped an animated teaser of Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan delving into the subject of homosexuality and the taboo surrounding.
The upcoming film which was earlier slated to release on Valentine Day 2020, will now hit the big screens on March 13, 2020, averting a clash with Imtiaz Ali's next directorial featuring Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan and Randeep Hooda.
Directed by Hitesh Kewalya, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Aanand L Rai who bankrolled the prequel as well.
On a present note, Ayushmann is awaiting the release of his upcoming film Dream Girl due for release on September 13.
