Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Shekhar Suman is brimming with anger after a news channel reported false news of his son Adhyayan Suman committing suicide.
The trend of running fake news to boost viewership on the channel hit a new low when the online edition of a news channel declared that Adhyayan has committed suicide. The channel tried to cover up the hideous act by sending an apology to Shekhar and requested him to not initiate legal action against the channel. The actor, however, is all set to sue the channel for spreading such monstrous misinformation about his son.
Shekhar, who is in no mood to accept an apology took to Twitter and wrote, "Some random apology by one of @ZeeNews regular journalists is not acceptable for such an unpardonable act. The bosses should have some shame and own up to their faux-pas which is deplorable. Imagine if they had done the same to any of the political big-wigs."
