Sara's goal in life is to make Amrita proud: 'Mom gave up her life for me, Ibrahim'

Sara Ali Khan is undisputedly a mama's girl and the actor has always maintained that mommy Amrita Singh is her go-to person for anything and everything in life. Sara has revealed that her only goal in life is to make her mother proud as the Betaab actor gave up her life when she took up the responsibility of a single mom.

Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan has proved yet again that her universe revolves around her mother Amrita Singh. The actor has said that her only aim in life is to make her mom proud as she put duty as a mother above everything else in life.

Sara has maintained that her mother is not only her source of inspiration but a friend with whom she can share anything. In her latest magazine interview, Sara said that she is very much dependant on her mother and can not function without her inputs.

"I live with my mother, and she’s my whole world. She’s my go-to for everything. Just last night, I had to go to a friend’s place and she wasn’t at home so I FaceTimed her to figure out what to wear!

The actor also said that her ambition is life to see her mother happy and secure.

"My goal is to make sure my mother is proud of me, happy and secure. She’s given up her life for my brother and me, and my genuine purpose in life is to be able to do one-tenth of that for her," Sara told the magazine.

Sara is Saif Ali Khan's first-born with former wife Amrita. The ex-couple also has a son named Ibrahim.
