Mumbai: Actor Katrina Kaif and Sara Ali Khan have chipped in to support the government in the fight against COVID-19.
Katrina announced that she will be making her contributions to the PM-CARES Fund and Maharashtra Chief Minister's Relief Fund. The 36-year-old actor took to Instagram to make an announcement in this regard.
"I pledge to donate to the PM-CARES fund and the Chief Minister's Relief Fund Maharashtra," she wrote in the post.
"Heartbreaking to see the hardship and suffering this pandemic has unleashed in the world," her post further read.
Sara Ali Khan has pledged to donate to the PM-CARES and CM's Relief Fund of Maharashtra to combat the coronavirus crisis in the country.
The 24-year-old actor took to Instagram to make the announcement and urged people to contribute to 'protect and feed' those in need.
