Shamshera shoot will now resume from August 15. The makers took the call keeping in mind the safety of cast and crew amid COVID-19 scare.
As YRF turns 50 in 2020, the banner had planned to roll out a star-filled line up to celebrate the golden jubilee year. With Prithviraj and Jayeshbhai Jordaar, Shamshera is one of the lavishly produced films by YRF which were earlier set to release in 2020. In the period drama, Ranbir will be seen playing a dacoit. Directed by Agneepath director Karan Malhotra, the film stars Vaani Kapoor as Ranbir's love interest.
