Salman Khan is all set to return as much-loved cop Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg 3. But, for all his fans who are waiting to see the superstar kickstart promotions of the film, there is an interesting twist. Read on to find out.

Mumbai: Salman Khan is back as Chulbul Pandey with the third installment of Dabangg franchise. The makers have dropped introduction video of Salman's character to announce how the film's promotions are going to be.

A 30 seconder video introducing Salman as Chulbul Pandey reveals that Khan will apparently remain in-character for the promotions of Dabangg 3.

In the teaser, Salman can be heard saying, "Jab Chulbul Pandey se jude hai emotions toh kyu karenge Salman Khan 'Dabangg 3' ke promotions. Picture humari, poster humara tho promote bhi tho hum hi karege na. Aaj se leke 20 december tak and uske baad bhi swagat tho karo humara."

Salman kicked off the shoot for the film on April 1 when he jetted off to Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh to shoot with Arbaaz Khan and Prabhu Deva.

Sonakshi Sinha, who made her Bollywood debut with the 2010 movie Dabangg, plays Chulbul Pandey's wife Rajjo in the film. Interestingly, the third installment will also introduce newbie Saiee M. Manjrekar in the industry.

Dabangg 3 marks the second collaboration of Salman and Prabhu Deva. The duo has previously worked together in 2009 hit Wanted.

As per media reports, Arbaaz will once again be seen playing Makkhi in the film.

The movie is being produced under the banner of Salman Khan Films and Arbaaz Khan Production. It is scheduled to release on December 20, this year.
