Salman gives big shoutout to David for giving him max hits

Salman Khan heaped praises on filmmaker David Dhawan for giving him the maximum number of hits.

Mumbai: Superstar Salman Khan lauded the 'best entertaining director' David Dhawan for giving him the maximum films and hits of his career.

On David's 64th birthday, Salman posted a picture of himself along with the filmmaker on his Instagram.

"The best entertaining director who has given me the maximum films and hits. Happy birthday! David Dhawan," he captioned the image.

Salman and David have given many successful films together including 'Biwi No. 1', 'Partner', 'Judwaa', 'Mujse Shaadi Karogi', 'Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya', 'Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge', 'Chal Mere Bhai' and 'Ye Hai Jalwa'.

On a present note, Salman is busy shooting for 'Dabangg 3' in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The upcoming film also stars Sonakshi Sinha reprising her role of Rajjo from the 2010 'Dabangg'. Besides her, the cast also includes Arbaaz and South actor Kichcha Sudeepa.

'Dabangg 3' is being helmed by Prabhu Deva and produced under the banner of Salman Khan films and Arbaaz Khan Production.

Meanwhile, David is directing the reboot of 'Coolie No.1' in Bangkok. The movie stars Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan in lead roles.
