'Rhea Chakraborty innocent victim of a twisted design'

Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty who had to endure a year that was like a tornado is slowly getting back to normalcy. While she is yet to come out clear of charges that were laid on her after the mysterious death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, a section of the film industry has slowly started welcoming her back after what all has happened to her in 2020 as they feel that Rhea is a 'victim of twisted design.'

Hyderabad:Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty is apparently far from leading a normal life but several voices from the film industry are assuring that whenever she is ready to bounce back she will be welcomed with open arms.

Though Rhea is out on bail in an alleged drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput case she is still under the radar of the federal agencies. Alia Bhatt's mum Soni Razdan, however, has shared that she doesn't see any reason why people won't work with Rhea anymore as she thinks the Jalebi actor is 'victim of a twisted design.'

Soni recently took to Twitter to reply to a thread that stems from designer Farah Khan Ali who questioned Arnab Goswami's chat leak and the possible consequences he could face. When Mumbai-based author Shunali Khullar Shroff reacted to Farah's tweet and wrote "She went to jail and has possibly lost any chance at a career in Bollywood. Let's see what happens to Arnab. Not sure anything will," Soni chimed in and said called Rhea's arrest a 'twisted design.'

Soni tweeted, "She going to jail has clearly exposed only the people who sent her there and shown that she was an innocent victim of a very twisted design. Why won’t anyone work with her? I think she will do very well. I hope so anyway."

Recently, filmmaker Rumi Jaffery had also expressed similar views and said that people drew their own conclusions on the matter without waiting for the judiciary to come out with the verdict. He also said that he has the highest regard for those who supported Rhea during challenging times.

It was initially thought that Sushant died by suicide, but a probe into his death is still on. On December 30 last year, the CBI told BJP Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy that it is carrying out an intensive and thorough probe into the death of SSR.
