Mumbai: Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has headed off to Hyderabad to shoot for Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar in the lead.
The actor who played the role of cop Sangram Bhalerao in Simmba will be seen playing a cameo in Sooryavanshi.
Ranveer who enjoyed a wrap-up party of 83 a night before heading straight to the airport to shoot for Sooryavanshi.
According to an eyewitness from the party, "Ranveer made sure that his 83 team had a blast at the wrap party. He made everyone's night as he chilled and danced with his crew with whom he has formed an extremely intimate bond. Post this, he headed straight to the airport for Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi which is being filmed in Hyderabad."

The powerhouse actor will be in Hyderabad for a week until the schedule of the film gets wrapped up.
"Ranveer will be in Hyderabad for about a week and wrap his commitments for Sooryavanshi, Rohit's new cop film in the brilliant cop universe that he is currently creating with Akshay Kumar As Sooryavanshi, Ajay Devgn as Singham and Ranveer as Simmba," the eyewitness concluded.
After the success of Simmba and Singham, filmmaker Rohit Shetty expanded his cop universe with Sooryavanshi. Akshay's entry was teased in the climax of Simmba as an Anti-Terror Squad chief.
Sooryavanshi also stars Katrina Kaif who will be reuniting with the actor after a gap of nine years. The duo was last seen together in 2010 released Tees Maar Khan.
The film is slated to hit the big screens on March 27, 2020.
