Rajinikanth, Kamal Hassan to reunite after 35 years?

The news of Kamal Hassan to reunite with Rajinikanth has taken over the internet. Several articles claim that the former is going to produce the upcoming Rajinikanth starrer, though no such announcements have been made officially.

Mumbai: Tamil superstar Rajinikanth is expected to collaborate with Kamal Hassan for their upcoming project.

According to unconfirmed pieces of information, Kamal Hassan will be producing Rajinikanth's next under the banner of his production house Rajkamal Film International.

The news created a buzz on the internet. Several speculations by fans stated that the Thalaiva will make an announcement about his upcoming project on the occasion of his 39th wedding anniversary, which happens to fall on Wednesday.

According to sources, the Subh Mahurat of the film is set to be held on March 5, 2020.

Though no official announcements have been made from either party, fans have begun to celebrate expecting their reunion after 35 years.

The movie will be directed by the Kaithi fame director Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Rajinikanth is currently busy filming Annaatthe. The film is being helmed by Siruthai Siva.
