Priyanka meeting UK's royal couple's baby is untrue

Priyanka Chopra rubbished reports that she met Britain's Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle's son Archie and gifted him goodies.

Mumbai: The news of Priyanka Chopra Jonas's visiting Meghan Markle and her newborn Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is reported to have viralled more on fiction than fact. The actor termed the news as 'rumour'.

In her Twitter handle Priyanka wrote, “�While these are great gift ideas... this story is untrue, and I was actually in town for work. I hope whoever this 'source' is starts checking their facts more often.”

Earlier reports also mentioned that Priyanka and Nick Jonas found the royal baby adorable.

While Priyanka attended Markle's wedding to Prince Harry, the couple was unable to attend the 'Quantico' actor's wedding last December.

Although Priyanka didn't go for Markle's baby shower, she did celebrate the baby's birth by posting a screenshot of the Duke and Duchess and quoted, "Congratulations M&H."
