Postpartum hair loss makes Anushka Sharma 'appreciate good haircut'

Anushka Sharma, who accompanied her husband Virat Kohli to UK for World Test Championship (WTC) final which recently concluded in Southampton, has indulged in some self-care.

Hyderabad: After postpartum hair loss, actor-producer Anushka Sharma is feeling good as she got her tresses chopped by London-based celebrity hairstylist George Northwood whose high-profile clientele includes Meghan Markle, Alexa Chung, Alicia Vikander and many more.

Taking to Instagram, Anushka shared a string of images flaunting her new haircut. The actor also thanked Sonam Kapoor for connecting her with George Northwood. "When post baby hair fall makes you appreciate a good haircut even more 😋. Thank you @georgenorthwood for this 🤗 You are FAB!! And @sonamkapoor for connecting us," she wrote alongside the image.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka has been away from the limelight for the past two years. She was last seen in Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She has recently produced two acclaimed projects - Amazon Prime Video web series Pataal Lok and Netflix movie Bulbbul.

The actor reportedly has two acting projects in her kitty. Anushka will be seen in Kaneda, a Navdeep Singh directorial, and a biopic of cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
