Nushrratt Bharuccha recuperating after being rushed to hospital from shooting

Nushrratt Bharuccha has said that she is recovering but still needs to take complete rest for a week. The actor was rushed to the Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai by the team of her upcoming film when her health deteriorated while shooting for Luv Ranjan's next.

Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Nushrratt Bharuccha was reportedly rushed to the hospital from the sets of Luv Ranjan’s next after suffering from vertigo. According to reports, the actor isn’t hospitalised but is advised to slow down and take rest for 15 days. Dream Girl actor, who was shooting for Luv Ranjan's next, has confirmed she was diagnosed with vertigo. According to a leading daily report, the actor stayed at a hotel, close to the sets of Luv Ranjan’s next to avoid travelling.

After three weeks of shooting, Bharuccha's health reportedly deteriorated. The actor, however, assumed that she might get better in a day or two but she had to be reportedly rushed to the Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai.

Revealing more about her health condition, she told the daily, "I thought I would be okay in a day or so but the next day was equally bad. I reported on the set but a few minutes later, it all went spiralling downward. I could not do anything. They decided to rush me to Hinduja Hospital (Mumbai) and when I reached there, I was still worse. I needed a wheelchair to be taken upstairs. My blood pressure by then had dropped to 65/55."

She further added, "By then, Mom and Dad had arrived at the hospital. The next 6-7 days were very bad. I did not get hospitalised; I am taking medicines at home. A full check-up has been done and I am okay. I have taken leave for about 7 days more from today. The doctor has advised 15 days of complete rest."

Nushrratt's lineup of upcoming films includes Ram Setu, Chhorri, Hurdang and Janhit Mein Jaari.
