Mumbai: Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui refrained himself from commenting anything on the sexual harassment charges levied on his brother Samas Nawab Siddiqui, by his niece a few days back.
When contacted, the Gangs of Wasseypur actor said: "Thank you for your concern, but on this, no comment."
For the unversed, Nawazuddin's niece has registered a complaint at Jamia police station in Delhi, alleging sexual harassment by his brother when she was nine-year-old.
Samas, who is all set to mark his directorial debut with Bole Chudiyan starring Nawazuddin and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead, informed that there is someone "behind publicising this fake things" and said that he is certain that truth will prevail.
"It clearly indicates the motive and the person behind publicising this fake things in media. Truth will be uncovered soonest," he wrote on Twitter.

Expressing concern over the matter Nawaz's estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui wrote on Twitter: "Children need care & support. No one should take advantage of any helpless child. I am happy to know that every person who has information of child abuse is punished for failing to report the offence."
"Non-reporting of cases to protect image of person or family is a bigger crime," she added.
Meanwhile, Aaliya has also claimed that Nawazuddin's family had subjected her to physical and emotional abuse during her marriage.
