Mumbai: Former beauty queen and Bollywood debutante Manushi Chhillar has joined actor Akshay Kumar for the shoot of their upcoming film, Prithviraj.
Manushi posted a picture on Instagram from her make-up room. She is seen taking a mirror selfie.
Akshay started shooting for the film on October 10. Prithviraj, directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, casts Akshay as King Prithviraj Chauhan, opposite Manushi as Sanyogita.
About her Bollywood debut in the film, Manushi has previously said: "Sanyogita is a dream role for me and I'm doing my best to do justice to the responsibility that has been entrusted on me."

The schedule that kickstarted over last weekend is reportedly an intense one.
"Sonu Sood has also started shooting from the 10th. The team has worked non-stop to ensure that everything was in place for this complex shooting schedule to restart," said the source.
Sanjay Dutt, who plays a pivotal part in the film will also be joining the team soon, sources close to the sets revealed.
On a related note, the film, being produced under the Yashraj banner and with Akshay playing the lead, had faced a roadblock during Rajasthan schedule when Karni Sena activists reached the spot and asked the director to stop shooting. They alleged the film was being shot as a love story and not as a warrior's tale.
