Mahesh suggested Rhea to breakup with Sushant?

A close associate of Mahesh Bhatt Suhrita Sengupta recently revealed that the filmmaker suggested Sushant Singh Rajput's rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty to move away from the late actor as he was suffering from severe depression.

Mumbai: Sushant Singh Rajput's rumoured girlfriend Riya Chakraborty has often been seen introducing filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt as her "mentor". A few years ago, several close-up snaps of Riya and Mahesh took the internet by storm. Reportedly, the filmmaker was the one who distanced Riya from the late actor.

Mahesh's associate Suhrita Sengupta told to a leading portal that Sushant came to meet Mahesh for the film Sadak 2. During the meet, Sushant discussed various topics including quantum physics and variant movies. In response, the filmmaker claimed that the actor will soon become like Parveen Babi.

Suhrita also revealed that Mahesh advised Riya to move away from Sushant. The director told Rhea, "You will loose your sanity if you stay with Sushant."

Sushant called Riya the night before the suicide, but, she failed to pick his call.

The M.S. Dhoni starrer was found hanging in his Bandra residence on Sunday morning by his domestic help. He was reportedly battling depression over the past few months and undergoing treatment for the same.
