Pithoragarh:Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur came to Uttarakhand in March and is stranded in the hilly state post lockdown was announced. Enchanted by the beauty of hills, Shekhar in an exclusive conversation with ETV Bharat said if the district is well-connected with air services, filmmakers would love to explore the scenic beauty of Munsiyari.
From the last two months, Kapur is in Uttarakhand and is making most of the lockdown while getting acquainted with the culture of the mountain. The Mr. India director is relishing simple yet incredible cuisine of the state.
Kapur who is known for churning out distinct films like Masoom, Elizabeth and Passage, said he is having time of his life in Munsiyari. Shekhar also said that the locations are beautiful and need to be explored by filmmakers.
