Let the adulting begin, says Ira Khan as she moves out

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan is all set to explore the adult life as she moved out into her new house in Mumbai. The 23-year-old aspiring filmmaker took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her new abode.

Mumbai:Actor Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan is excited as she shifts to her new house here. Sharing the news with her social media followers, Ms Khan posted pictures of herself sitting at her desk in the new abode.

Ira on Friday took to Instagram to share a set of three pictures which she captioned with, "Look at my new home," and added the hashtags, "#movingout, #myspace, #firsttime, #newbeginnings, #milestone, #cantwait, #lettheadultingbegin and #manvshouse."

Interestingly, among all things visible in the pictures, few netizens seemed more interested in a wine bottle that is lying on Ira's desk. Later in the day, Ira clarified that she has recycled it and is using it as a bottle for water.

Ira has studied liberal arts at the Utrecht University in the Netherlands and has maintained that acting doesn't interest her as much to opt it as a profession.

At a time when most of the star kids are making their debut with films, Ira finds theatre more magical for its spontaneity and versatility. However, if films with strong content are offered to her, she will readily dabble in film direction.

"I will do films if I find good stories that I want to tell," Ira had said in an earlier interview.

Ira is the younger daughter of Aamir's two children with his first wife Reena Dutta.
