'Khandaani Shafakhana' trailer: Sonakshi aims to break sex taboo with new-age drama

The trailer of Sonakshi Sinha starrer 'Khandaani Shafakhana' has been released by the makers on Friday. The movie deals with the subject of sex with a unique twist.

Mumbai: The makers of Sonakshi Sinha's upcoming film 'Khandaani Shafakhana' has dropped the trailer which seems promising and intriguing enough to pull the audience towards theatres.

Sonakshi plays the character of a sexologist Baby Bedi who takes charge of her uncle's clinic. She is seen generating sex awareness among people.

In the trailer, Baby Bedi strives hard to compel people to talk openly about sex while putting forth a relevant topic never raised before.

Apart from Sonakshi, 'Khandaani Shafakhana' also stars Varun Sharma and rapper Badshah who is making his Bollywood debut with the comedy-drama.

The trailer has a fresh vibe to it with the touch of humour and wit going by which the movie seems to be a fun ride.

Helmed by Shilpi Dasgupta, 'Khandaani Shafakhana' is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and Mahaveer Jain.

The movie is slated to hit the screens on July 26 this year.
