Khaali Peeli: Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter to resume shoot?

With work slowly resuming on the Bollywood front, actors Ananya Pandey and Ishaan Khatter are reportedly set to resume the shoot of their upcoming film Khaali Peeli.

Mumbai: While the shootings are resuming with Akshay Kumar recently jetting off to UK to shoot for Bell Bottom, it is being reported that actors Ananya Pandey and Ishaan Khatter are all set to resume the shoot of their upcoming film Khaali Peeli.

According to reports, while the patchwork of the Ali Abbas Zafar production will be done in Mumbai by the month-end, it is being said that the makers are eyeing August 20 to commence the shoot of the film.

Director Maqbool Khan reportedly wants to film the remaining portions by August 20, and for the remaining shoot, reports suggest that the makers are looking for an indoor studio for a two-day shoot.

As for the post-production work of the film, it had been in works for the last few months.

This is the first time that Ishaan and Ananya will be seen sharing the screen space for a film.

Apparently, Khaali Peeli might also witness an OTT release. When the producer was asked about the same, he had said that right now, they are focused on completing the film and after that, "It will be wait-and-watch."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ananya also has Shakun Batra's untitled next where she will be seen sharing screen space with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
