Mumbai: Kartik Aaryan revealed he has his tricks ready if he ever needs to convince his rumoured ex Sara Ali Khan's father Saif Ali Khan to accept him as son-in-law.
As the promotional activities for their upcoming flick Love Aaj Kal reaches its crescendo, Kartik and Sara continue to paint the town red with their effortless chemistry.
Interestingly, in a recent interview for a webloid, Kartik doled out an interesting detail during a quick round of unveils.

When asked how he would convince Saif to accept him as son-in-law in 30 seconds, Kartik, referring to Saif's comment on Koffee with Karan, said that he would not say anything to him just make the 'money money' gesture and say that he now has enough money in his bank account.
For unversed, during the rapid-fire round on Karan Johar's show, when Sara was asked whom would she like to date and she had taken Kartik's name to which Saif in return had replied: "Does he have money if you have money take her."
There has been a lot of buzz around relationship status of SarTik (as fans fondly call them). While the admirers of the former rumoured couple would still like to believe in Sara and Kartik's romantic involvement, the rumours mills suggest that the Luka Chhupi star has already moved on with his Pati Patni Aur Woh co-star Ananya Panday.

Meanwhile, Sara and Kartik have apparently put up a cordial extrinsic as they promote the film together on various platforms. The duo has been pressed more often to comment on their love life. However, they have managed to dodged the relationship queries with politically correct answers in most of their interviews.
Coming back to Love Aaj Kal, while Kartik plays Raghu and Veer, Sara has been cast as Zoe and Arushi Sharma plays Leena in the Imtiaz Ali directorial.
The film is slated to release on February 14.
