Kartik Aaryan introduces Arjun Pathak from Dhamaka

Actor Kartik Aaryan, who has commenced shooting for his upcoming film Dhamaka, has shared his character look from the film on social media. Taking to Instagram, Kartik introduced Arjun Pathak, his character from the thriller directed by Ram Madhvani.

Hyderabad: Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan has treated his fans with character look from his upcoming film Dhamaka. The actor has also shared his character's name from the film.

On Monday morning, Kartik hopped on Instagram and shared the name and look of his character from Dhamaka which will be his first attempt with the thriller genre. Sharing the image, Kartik wrote, "Miliye #ArjunPathak se #Dhamaka 💥 @madhvaniram #RonnieScrewvala @amitamadhvani @rsvpmovies @officialrmfilms."

In the picture, Kartik is seen donning a blue suit with a badge of TRTV on his left which is apparently name of the news channel he will be working for. The serious look on his face and bloodstains on his shirts hint that the picture is from one of the intense scenes in the film. As reported earlier, Kartik will be playing a journalist in Dhamaka who covers the live broadcast of a terror attack in Mumbai.

At the time of film's announcement, Kartik had said that he cannot wait to transport himself into Madhvani's world and see his vision translate on the big screen. "This for me is a miracle script and had me on the edge of my seat all through the narration. I knew this is the script that would give me the opportunity to explore a different side of me as an actor," the actor had said.

Kartik has started shooting for Dhamaka in Mumbai. Produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP and Ram Madhvani Films with Co-Producer Amita Madhvani, Dhamaka gives a bird's eye view into the working of a news channel.
