Kangana starrer Panga trailer out

The trailer shows Kangana Ranaut trying to comeback as a national-level Kabaddi player, as it has been years since she played the game.

Mumbai: The team of Kangana Ranaut starrer Panga released the trailer of the flick on Monday. Kangana features the role of Jaya in the upcoming sports drama.

The three-minute video portrays Kangana trying to comeback as a national-level Kabaddi player, as it has been years since she played the game. Jaya's husband and son encourage and motivates her to take up the game again.

Panga is a real-life story inspired by the life of a national level Kabbadi player from India. The movie is directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and written by Nikhil Mehrotra. The movie-Panga is slated to release on January 24, 2020. It will hence clash with Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor's Street Dancer 3D.

Talking about the film, Kangana earlier said, "When Ashwiny narrated the story of Panga, I was completely moved. My family has been my pillar of strength and have always stood by me in thick and thin. I could really relate to the emotions of the film."

Besides Kangana, the flick features Richa Chadha, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta among others in pivotal roles.
