Mumbai: The makers of Jayalalithaa biopic have hired Hollywood make-up expert Jason Collins to get Kangana Ranaut into the skin of her character.
Kangana Ranaut who will be playing the role of stalwart politician Jayalalithaa in the upcoming biopic will be donning four different looks spanning different ages in the film.
Collins, the ace make-up artist, who has films like 'Captain Marvel' and 'Blade Runner 2049' to his credit will be doing Kangana's makeover for the biopic.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on Twitter while announcing that the film will go on floors after Diwali.

Kangana is currently prepping for a grand song in the film to be shot along with 100 background dancers. The actor was spotted taking Bharatnatyam classes regularly for the dance number which will be choreographed by renowned South Indian choreographer Gayathri Raghuram.
Titled Thalaivi in Tamil and Jaya in Hindi, the film will be directed by A.L. Vijay, one of the leading filmmakers down South who has earlier directed landmark films such as Madrasapattinam and Deiva Thirumagal.
Jayalalithaa served as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu for over 14 years and was an actor before entering politics. The AIADMK leader passed away in 2016 at the age of 68.
Written by K.V. Vijayendra Prasad of Baahubali and Manikarnika fame, the biopic will be produced by Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R. Singh under the banner of Vibri and Karma Media and Entertainment.
Meanwhile, Kangana who was last seen in Judgementall Hai Kya opposite Rajkummar Rao will be next seen in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's sports-drama Panga and women-centric action-thriller Dhaakad.
