Hyderabad: Bollywood actor Kajol opines that perfect families exist in cinema and every family has its own dark secrets. For the actor, perfect is overrated and dysfunctional families are normal.

Talking about being raised by a single parent, Kajol in a recent virtual interview has said, "My parents separated when I was about four-and-a-half years old and it could have gone very wrong.
