In her latest social media posts, Janhvi looks like a gorgeous diva from the 50s. The actor has shared a string of pictures on Instagram donning a georgette saree with a gold detailed strappy blouse. Sharing the pictures, Janhvi wrote, "Can I pretend to live in the 50s forever."

Reacting to Janhvi's post, ace couturier Manish Malhotra wrote, "I would love to as well the beautiful and classic 40s and 50s." Meanwhile, Kapoor's friend Muskan Chanana jokingly denied permission to the actor's desire to live in 50s and wrote, "No u can’t ❤️."

On the work front, Janhvi is gearing up for maiden collaboration with her filmmaker father Boney Kapoor. The father-daughter duo is coming together for the Hindi remake of the Malayalam thriller Helen. Janhvi will be seen playing an honest working-class girl who gets locked in the freezer of a supermarket. Talking about the film, Boney had earlier said that the film comes with a challenging role where his daughter will be pulling off a survivalist drama so early in her career.

Janhvi will next be seen in Good Luck Jerry while her Dostana 2 is put on hold after the controversial exit of co-star Kartik Aaryan.
