How dad Sanjay Kapoor will react to Shanaya Kapoor's on-screen intimacy?

Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor's daughter Shanaya Kapoor is all set to enter Bollywood with Karan Johar's upcoming production venture. While Shanaya is yet to shoot for her debut film, Maheep has predicted how Sanjay would react to their daughter getting intimate on-screen.

Hyderabad: Shanaya Kapoor, another member from the Kapoor family will be making a splash in Hindi cinema with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, a banner known for launching star kids. While Shanaya's debut film is yet to go on floors, her mother Maheep Kapoor has already predicted how her husband Sanjay Kapoor will react to their daughter performing an intimate scene on the screen.

In a recent interview with a webloid, Maheep revealed that it will not be easy for Sanjay to digest Shanaya's on-screen intimacy but he won’t interfere in his daughter's work. Talking about what would be Sanjay's reaction if he saw Shanaya doing a kissing scene on the screen, Maheep predicted, "Inside, Sanjay will be like, 'Oh no, what am I watching?' but when it comes to her work, he’ll keep quiet."

Shanaya will be joining Dharma Cornerstone Agency as their new talent, along with the previously announced Triptii Dimri, Gurfateh Pirzada, Dhairya Karwa, and Lakshya Lalwani. Though Shanaya is yet to make her Bollywood debut, she has worked as one of the assistants on Janhvi Kapoor's Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl and has also made an appearance on the much-talked-about Netflix series Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives.

According to reports, Shanaya's debut film is an urbane triangle love story that will also feature fellow DCA talents Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani. The untitled film will go on floors around mid-2021 and the team will announce the release date depending on how the production progresses.
