Mumbai: The makers of Himesh Reshammiya starrer Happy Hardy and Heer has released the official trailer of the film. The flick also stars Sonai Mann in the female lead role.
The trailer starts with the song crooned by Ranu Mondal Teri Meri. It portrays a beautiful love story between Harpreet Singh Lamba featured by Himesh and Heer played by Sonia Mann. The trailer starts with Himesh saying "Dil toh pagal hai ji...Esko samjhna namumkin hai".
The video shows some adorable moments spent by the duo. Himesh is seen confessing his love for Heer to the viewers and elaborating the fact that she considers him to be his friend, not lover because she has fallen for other guy named Harshvardhan Bhatt featured by Himesh. The trailer concludes fight for love.
In an interview Himmesh said, "I’m very happy with the way the music has worked for the film, Happy Hardy and Heer is a beautiful love story and I’m very happy with the film too which will release on 3 rd jan 2020, I will reveal the trailer at the concerts and it’s a going to be a very new experience promoting the film differently by interacting with the audience with a one to one connection. Since the songs of Happy Hardy and Heer are hits it’s gonna be fun performing to the blockbuster hit song and it’s remix of teri meri kahani with my team with a live audience and also heeriye and recreated version of Ashiqui mein teri 2.0."
Helmed by Rakesh Thakar and backed by Deepshikha Deshmukh and Sabita Mankachand, the film will see Himesh in a dual role.
Happy Hardy and Heer, which was earlier scheduled to hit screens on January 3, is now slated to release on 31 January. It will clash with Saif Ali Khan's comedy Jawaani Janeman.
