Haseen Dillruba trailer: Taapsee Pannu is entangled in unpredictable tale of love

Hyderabad: The much-awaited trailer of Haseen Dillruba is out with a promise of a gripping thriller set against the backdrop of a small town in northern India.

Going by trailer, Haseen Dillruba tells the story of a young woman who is a prime suspect in her husband's murder. As the investigation reveals details of her marital past, the truth starts getting even more baffling.

Haseen Dillruba's trailer shows Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey as a married couple, her bond with Harshvardhan Rane and how the lives of all three get intertwined. It points at the film's story, which is a plot exploring the three shades of love -- lust, obsession and deceit.

Directed by Vinil Mathew, the flick has been produced by Aanand L Rai's Colour Yellow Productions with Eros International and Himanshu Sharma. Hassen Dillruba was purportedly filmed during the pandemic and is now set for an OTT release on July 2, on Netflix.

Kanika Dhillon, known for her work on Judgementall Hai Kya and Pannu-starrer Manmarziyaan, has penned Haseen Dillruba. Music director Amit Trivedi has scored the tracks of the film, which was earlier set to release on September 18 last year but got postponed due to the spread of COVID-19.
