Mumbai: Actor Mahie Gill who has never been expressive about her personal life, recently confirmed to media about her present relationship and that she has a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter named 'Veronica'.
The actor opened up that she gave birth to a child three years ago and that she is unmarried. Elaborating on her daughter, she told a newspaper, "I have a daughter and she is two-and-a-half. My aunt takes care of her in Mumbai. I too live in Mumbai most of the time."
On his present relationship without marriage, she said, "We have to get married…koi frk nahi pdta koi [it makes no difference]. We have no pressures to succumb too. I already commented above that I need freedom and my free space.”
She went on to add: “Freedom for both of is very important. We love and respect each other. Respect needs to prevail in any relationship so that it can be carried on and on. Yes, we are sharing a live-in relationship. We are yet not married. We will get married.”
Mahie won critics award for having played his role in 'DevD' as Paro. She has featured in movies like 'Gulal', 'Saab Biwi Gangster' and 'Dabangg' and is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film 'Family of Thakurganj'.
