The throwback video that has been doing the rounds on the internet starred Shah Rukh anchoring at New Year's Eve show on Doordarshan.
Besides Shah Rukh Khan, a female anchor is also seen hosting the show.
In the video clip, the actor and his co-anchor are seen inviting a much-younger Kumar Sanu.
At that point of time, the singer was as yet to strike stardom in Bollywood with his songs.
In the video, SRK is seen dressed in baggy fashioned pants.
Shah Rukh who looked in his twenties asked his co-anchor in a humourous way whether Kuma Sanu was the singer who has been copying Kishore Kumar then.
In the video, he questioned his co-anchor saying, "Kumar Sanu wohi hai jo Kishore Kumar ke andaaz main gaatey hain?"
The video has been shared on a verified Twitter account.
