Drishyam 2 leaks online within hours of release

Mohanlal-starrer Drishyam 2 digitally released today on Amazon Prime Video and within hours of streaming, the film surfaced online in full-HD prints on torrent site TamilRockers. The Jeethu Joseph directorial is also being highly circulated on sharing services like Movierulz and Telegram.

Hyderabad: Malayalam superstar Mohanlal-starrer Drishyam 2 has landed on the piracy website TamilRockers. The much-awaited film was leaked by the piracy website within a few hours of its digital release on Friday.

Drishyam 2 is a sequel of the 2013 Malayalam hit Drishyam, which was was remade in Bollywood as a 2015 film of the same name starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu. The sequel is written and directed by Jeethu Joseph, who also made 2013 released original.

After the humungous success of the original, while the team was looking forward to accomplishing a new cinematic milestone, the film, unfortunately, has landed on various piracy-based websites. Drishyam 2 has been leaked online for free HD downloading on piracy sites such as Tamilrockers, Movierulz Telegram among others.

Starting off from where the first part ended, Drishyam 2 promises to come back with a more thrilling plot. Talking about the film, director Jeethu Joseph earlier told a newswire that Drishyam 2 is very close to his heart. "Driven with this positive thought and buoyed with the overwhelming response, I have toyed with the idea of bringing the epic franchise back to the audience, but always changed my mind," Jeethu had said.

Mohanlal aside, Drishyam 2 also stars Meena, Siddique, Asha Sharath, Murali Gopy, Ansiba, Esther and Saikumar.
