New Delhi: As anticipated, Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani-starrer 'Kabir Singh' has set the cash register ringing on the very first day of its release as the film earned ₹ 20.21 crore.
The film has received extremely positive reviews from both, audience and critics. Shahid is praised for his nuanced performance in the film. Kiara too holds her own in the film which is largely a Shahid Kapoor's canvas.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared a series of tweets highlighting the first-day box office collection of 'Kabir Singh'.

The movie has emerged as Shahid's biggest opener surpassing the first day business of 'Padmaavat' that collected ₹ 19 crore.
