Big B presents RJ Mantra's horror audio show Kaali Awaazein

After impressing the audiences with his on-screen performance in several films, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has lent his voice for Kaali Awaazein, a horror audio show, which has recently been aired on a giant OTT platform.

Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who had earlier lent his voice for narration in several feature films, has recently presented RJ-cum-actor Mantra's horror audio show titled Kaali Awaazein. The audio show is based on the most haunted places across India.

The horror show is compiled with ten-episode series which has been enacted by more than 100 actors from all over India.

Speaking about the one-of-a-kind show, Mantra said: "It was a spooky experience creating this show, being an audio medium, every sound created a new fear, and even as creators we had sleepless nights, every rustle meant someone was watching over your shoulder."

In order to evoke the desired emotions, Mantra has used special microphones to record people and sounds to ensure an "immersive" experience.

Speaking about the nitty-gritty of the audio mechanism, the RJ said: "I've been playing with binaural sounds for long on my audio channel MnM Talkies, this time I've used it in a horror show, and it really gives you the shivers."

When asked about his experience on working with Amitabh, Mantra exclaimed: "He is the best and to have him as our presenter places our show right on top. He has done a tremendous job and we are honoured to have him on board."

The show is currently available on the OTT platform Amazon's Audible SUNO.
