Mumbai: Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar has arrived in Lucknow to commence shooting for her upcoming film 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' on Sunday.
The film is a remake of 1978 Hindi movie named after the same title.
The actress will be seen alongside other lead actors including Kartik Aryan and Ananya Panday.
The 29-year-old actress took to her social media to share the news with her fans and followers. On her Instagram, she wrote: "Off I go for #PatiPatniAurWoh."
Donning an all black airport look, Bhumi looked casual and relaxed. Sporting black sunglasses and white sneakers, she boarded the flight.
The 'Sonchiriya' actress had earlier visited the city of nawabs for the shoot of 'Bala'.
Bhumi who will essay the role of a dusky small town girl obsessed with fair skin in 'Bala', said that her character in 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' is "extremely confident."
The actress said that character she'll be portraying is very close to her real self.
Talking more about it she said: "She has got this sensual energy about her which stays back with you. She has an impact on people. She is a young girl, she has ambition, she wants bigger things in life."
Directed by Mudassar Aziz, the film is scheduled to hit the big screens on December 6, 2019.
