Before actor, Ibrahim Ali Khan to turn AD for KJo's film with Ranveer-Alia

Ibrahim Ali Khan has acting dreams but before he faces the camera, the aspiring actor will be going through the grind as an assistant director to get acquainted with the process of filmmaking.

Hyderabad:Actor Saif Ali Khan's son Ibrahim Ali Khan will soon be venturing into films as an actor. Saif has not kept the news a secret and has maintained that he is aware of his son's aspirations. While the reports of Ibrahim's acting debut have been doing rounds for a long latest buzz in the industry suggested that Pataudi Jr. has some other plans before he lands on the sets as an actor.

According to the latest reports, Ibrahim's first step towards entering the film industry will be via production. Saif and Amrita Singh's son will join Karan Johar as assistant director for an upcoming film which will be headlined by Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh as he wants to understand the process of filmmaking while being on the set.

Sibling goals!

Ibrahim first broke the internet in 2019 with his magazine cover debut that also featured sister, Sara Ali Khan. ever since then, there has been a buzz about he taking the acting route. When daddy Saif was once asked about Ibrahim making his acting debut, the 50-year-old actor was seemingly open to the idea of his son -- who almost looks like him in his younger days -- following in his footsteps and become an actor.

"He should. He is looking good, better than I am! He is a charming guy. I definitely think all of my children would be interested in acting. We are an acting family -- the whole bunch of us are in the industry. He's still young and I'm keener that he does university first. Then, of course, we'll support him in whatever he wants to do," Saif said in a throwback interview.

Interestingly, in an earlier interview, Sara too had said that acting is a while away for Ibrahim as he is going to pursue film study in Los Angeles. The latest buzz, however, suggests a change in plan as Ibrahim seems to have decided to learn aspects of filmmaking first hand than studying in some prestigious university abroad.
