Bachchans, Ambanis offer Ganesh aarti at Lalbaugcha Raja

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and business tycoon Mukesh Ambani were spotted offering prayers to Lord Ganesha at Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai on Sunday.

Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan and Mukesh Ambani offered prayers to Lord Ganesh at Lalbaugcha Raja pandal along with their families on Sunday.

While megastar Amitabh Bachchan was accompanied by his son Abhishek, Mukesh Ambani was spotted with his sons Anant and Akash Ambani and daughter-in-law Shloka.

The Bachchans and Ambanis offered 'aarti' to Ganesha at Lalbaugcha Raja, which is considered one of the most prominent Ganpati pandals in Mumbai.

Its first look was unveiled last week. The huge idol is crafted traditionally and has been installed in a beautiful pandal decorated on the theme of ISRO's ambitious Chandrayaan-2 spacecraft which was launched in July.

A plethora of devotees throngs the pandal during the ten-day-long festivities to pay respect and devotion to their beloved 'Bappa'.

Earlier on Ganesh Chaturthi, the Ambanis hosted a grand celebration at their residence attended by biggies from politics, sports and film industry.

Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, Rekha, Vicky Kaushal, Kajol, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan among others were in attendance.
