Ayushmann Khurrana's Anek gets release date

Ayushmann Khurrana's upcoming film Anek has been locked for September release. Ayushmann, who is known to be Bollywood's Mr Disruptor for his unconventional roles, had said that the Anubhav Sinha directorial is the biggest film of his career in terms of scale.

Hyderabad:National Award-winning Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana collaborates once again with filmmaker Anubhav Sinha in the upcoming film Anek is known. The team recently wrapped up the Northeast schedule of the film and makers have gone ahead with locking the release date for Ayushmann-Anubhav's second outing together after Article 15.

Announcing the release date, T-Series took to their Twitter handle and wrote, "Naam #ANEK, lekin release date ek! Milte hai aapse 17th September 2021 ko!"

Nothing much is known about the film except the name of Ayushmann's character and the makers roping in international action director Stefan Richter, who is known for his larger-than-life yet realistic action choreography.

Anek went on floors earlier this month and the makers with an extensive shoot schedule in the Northeast. According to sources, the film is going to be director Sinha's most expensive and big-scale film till date. The filmmaker has produced the film with Bhushan Kumar.
