Arbaaz shares first pic from Salman's 'Dabangg 3' set

Superstar Salman Khan on Monday started shooting for the third installment of 'Dabangg' in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

New Delhi: Chulbul Pandey to hit the screens anytime soon as the shoot for 'Dabangg 3' starts today. Arbaaz Khan, who returns to don the produce's hat forthe third installment for his hit franchise took to social media to share first picture form the sets.

Earlier, the Khan brothers also shared the news in a 22 seconds video on his twitter profile along with elder brother and producer of the film, Arbaaz Khan. He wrote, “Back in our birthplace for #Dabangg3 shoot @arbaazkhanofficial.”

It has beeneight years to the release of the original 'Dabangg' starring Salman and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles. The first installment of the movie series 'Dabangg', which released in 2010, was directed by Abhinav Kashyap while 'Dabangg 2' was directed by Arbaaz.

The film is being produced under the banner of Salman Khan Films, Arbaaz Khan Production.

On a related note, post the release of 'Race 3', Salman received some backlash and fans said they didn’t want another 'Dabanng' for it will have C-grade support cast.

Coming back to 'Dabangg', the film revolves around life of Chulbul Pandey, a police officer who has his own way of dealing with corruption. The franchise also stars Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz and Mahie Gill in key roles.
