Anup Jalota challenges Salman over Bigg Boss TRP

Ghazal singer Anup Jalota openly challenges Salman Khan to overtake him in terms of gaining TRP for the show.

Mumbai: Singer Anup Jalota who was a participant of the popular TV reality show Bigg Boss 12 took the internet by storm with his recent statements made on the show and superstar Salman Khan.

Jalota's closeness with his student Jasleen Kaur has been the most talked-about-issue of the previous season. News related to Anup and Jaleen sold like hotcakes.

During their reign in Bigg Boss, the TRP soared high such that no show could have crossed it. But after their departure from the show, the TRP faced a landslide slip.

Speaking about the TRP game, the Ghazal singer challenged the Wanted actor saying that he can give Salman a run for TRP. He said with confidence that the show's TRP will be doubled if Jalota is invited as the host of the most raved about television show.

In a recent interview, the 66-year-old singer said: "I have heard the news that Bigg Boss wanted me to be the host for the show."

"Even if I'm not invited as the show's host, then I may be invited as the guest for the show," he added.

In other news, Jalota who is associated with various awareness camp and organization for cancer patients was invited as the chief guest in a beauty show organised by IAWA.

The Innovative Artist Welfare Association headed by actress Diljit Kaur had organised the beauty show for the cancer patients where they will be seen walking down the ramp.

The news is yet to reach superstar Salman. Until then fans can only debate whether the Bollywood's bhaijaan will react to it or he will blow it up.
