Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan is set to uncover the first look of A Tribute to Rituparno Ghosh: Season's Greetings on August 31.
The megastar who has worked with Rituparno Ghosh in The Last Lear (2007) will unveil the film's poster on the occasion of the filmmaker's 56th birth anniversary.
Big B will not only present the first look of the film but he also recorded a special message reminiscing the prolific filmmaker.
In the video, the Sooryavansham actor can be seen praising Rituparno Gosh for his craft, writing, presentation and more.
"His thought process was so clear that he only chose films that he wished to make. [To see him] edit The Last Lear and bring it to the audience was certainly a great joy. We lost him too early," said Amitabh.

Directed by Ram Kamal Mukherjee, A Tribute to Rituparno Ghosh: Season's Greetings stars actresses Celina Jaitly Haag and Lillete Dubey in the lead.
It also marks Ram Kamal's second feature short film after earlier released Cakewalk starring Esha Deol in the lead.
Recently, the United Nations announced its decision to collaborate with A Tribute To Rituparno Ghosh: Season's Greeting to spread awareness about the cause of LGBTQIA.
Expressing his happiness on UN backing the film, Ram Kamal Mukherjee said, "This was unexpected and yet a pleasant surprise. I was overwhelmed with the UN's detailed feedback on the film. I am sure Ritu da would have been the happiest today."
A Tribute to Rituparno Ghosh: Season's Greetings deals with a mother and daughter relationship that ends with an unexpected twist in the tale.
