Mumbai: Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn who will be playing Maratha warrior Tanaji Malusare in the upcoming film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior has shared his first look from the film on Monday.
Taking to his Twitter, Ajay shared his look from the period-drama along with announcing the release date i.e. January 10, 2020.
"MIND that was as sharp as a sword...#TanhajiTheUnsungWarrior, in cinemas 10th January 2020," read the caption.
In the first look poster, Ajay is seen donning a red turban with a large sword over his head while a war is happening between two armies in the foreground. The background features a fort and arrows being shot between the warring sides.
The actor looks intense as a Maratha warrior with the fire of rage in his eyes.

Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is an upcoming biographical period drama which also stars Kajol. Set in the 17th century, the film is based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, unsung warrior of glorious Indian history and the military leader in the army of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha Empire.
Directed by Om Raut, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is co-produced by Ajay and T-series honcho Bhushan Kumar.
Ajay will also be seen in the biopic Maidaan, where he essays football legend, Syed Abdul Rahim. The actor will be seen sharing the screen space with South actor Keerthy Suresh for the first time in the film based on the 'golden years of Indian football'.
Helmed by the Badhaai Ho director Amit Ravindrenath Sharma, the film is jointly produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla and Arunava Joy Sengupta.
