Four main bridges that connect the west and the east of the city are still out of service.Residents blame the government for not taking any measures to rebuild the city. The NRC, EU, and UN have taken some efforts for restoration.In 2014 IS militants took control over the Mosul until July 10, 2017. Two years have passed by but the city remains littered with rubble.
