Southern Idlib: At least three civilians, including a woman and her child, were killed, as airstrikes targeted the northwestern province of Idlib, Syrian opposition activists said on Monday.
The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the three were killed in the village of Basqala in the southern edge of Idlib, the last major rebel stronghold in the country.
The opposition's Syrian Civil Defence, also known as White Helmets, said that its members helped treat the wounded and handed over the bodies of the dead to their families in Basqala.
