Malaga: Firefighters in Spain used a hydraulic platform as a service lift to bring a 91-year-old suspected coronavirus patient to safety.
Members of the Malaga fire service put protective gear on themselves as well as the man who was experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, the illness caused by the new coronavirus, to avoid the risk of contagion.
The man lived on the top floor of a tall apartment and was not able to be taken down in the lift.
A fire engine's mechanical extendable arm was moved into position to bring the patient down.
